Themes Folder Disappears

  • I am running a website for a client – https://www.seniormatchsolutions.com and the Themes folder in the content section has randomly disappeared twice now within one week.

    The entire folder just vanishes and is wiped from the server. There have been no recent updates or plugins added, it’s just gone. The only time I know this happens is when I get a complaint from the client saying their site won’t appear.

    I re-upload the themes folder from my computer and everything goes back to normal… but I can’t figure out what keeps wiping it from the online server. They use Arvixe.com for their server.
