Validation Error Does Not Refresh Screen

  • Hello,

    I have been testing out the form and when I purposely don’t fill in a field to get the validation error, I can’t correct my information in the form. Where the red type appears that says “Please fill the required field” I do what most people would and go to that box and try to start filling in the correct answer. What happens is the whole screen flashes and I end up on another page within my website.

    No flashing, but no chance to insert a text after the validation error. Red text does not disappear.

    @wp2014cz – Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

    Posting in an existing topic prevents being able to track issues by topic. Added to which, your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.
