Background resizing and editing help

  • Please help. I had someone build my site since I do not know code but I can’t get her to fix these 3 issues I have. I need clear instructions.

    1) I uploaded a wood background and it’s appearing stretched and I need it resized to look like the original image. I resized it in Photoshop but still looks the same.

    2) On my footer my social icons are not centered from top to bottom on my ribbon correctly. How do I reposition them.

    3) On my Galleries page I designed buttons that will be links but they are all spread out, I need them side by side. How do I move them?

    1. Without reference to the original, your background looks OK to me. Not stretched at all.
    2. You seem to have fixed the social icons problem.
    3. On your Galleries page, the images are actually larger than they appear, they have a transparent border. Maybe remove that?

    Can you let me know how to resize and reposition elements. My background looks nothing like my uploaded image.
