entering main navigation to theme

    I am using mobile detector but I want the mobile theme to show differenet top menu. I created a menu called ‘mobile’ and made the default menu for the mobile child theme but if the theme is not active for desktops I see only the automatic manu. Can I change the theme main navigation inside it?
