Theme Options not working

What happens when you try to view the theme options? Its possible your server isn’t allowing enough memory for the theme options to run. Have you checked what your server memory allowance is?

I check the memory allowance of the server and I’m only get 52MB of 10.000MB so, it isn’t the problem.

When I click “theme options” of the menu, the options don’t appear, staying in white.

Could the problem be in a change with the language of the theme?

Now I’m going to try to delete the files like images or similar that I don’t need but I need your help. Virtue is the best theme that I found for my web!

Sorry my poor english.

I have the same problem.

In v.1.8.5 the options appear correctly, in v.1.9.9.7 all in blank

I tried set the PHP memory limit to 64 and 128 MB in wp-settings.php and I created a “php.ini” with the command “memory_limit = 128M” in the wp-admin folder. The memory don’t seems be the problem.

By the way, the “Jetpack for wordpress.com” plugin create the same problem, in v.1.8.5 of virtue options menu don’t show until I deactivate the pluging.

?It’s possible that the recent v3.8.1 wordpress update be the problem?

Have either of you tried reseting the theme options? Just to see?

I tried it. After reset, the theme options are avaliable again, but when you save the new options, the menu disappears again. So, it’s impossible customize if you have to reset all the times and then configure all the options in only once.

But that does shed light on the issue more… means there is a conflict with the saving function… Can you send me a temp login so I can take a look. email [email protected]

Needs to be an admin user so i can see the theme options.

Ok Try it now, It seems to be working for me, I just updated the theme to a half version (basicly beta for the next version) and I think thats solved. You will probably need to clear your cache so the theme options show up right else the sidebar will show above the options.
