PS: I tried changing to the 2011 theme, and the issue persists. I also tried deactivating all non-essential plugins, and the issue persists.

@etech0 – To properly test if there is a plugin conflict you need to deactivate *all* plugins, not just the “non-essential” ones.

This is not something we see on our test sites, so I suspect it will be something more specific to your site, which may be one of those plugins you did not deactivate.

    Thanks!

I deactivated all plugins besides for nexgen, and Meta Box, because the page won’t load without it. I still see the albums one below the next, instead of side-by-side.

@etech0 – I would suggest trying again with a default WordPress Twenty series theme as it would not require any additional plugins to work correctly … then see if you are experiencing the same issue with the NextGEN Gallery albums.

    Thanks!

Okay, here goes. And the issue persists! Theme is 2011, and the only active plugin is yours.

You can compare my live site (goinspire.com/israel-photo-gallery) with the dev site (dev.goinspire.com/israel-photo-gallery). The dev site has 2011 theme and no plugins besides yours.

    Thanks

@etech0 – … and it appears your “dev” site is pulling some of its resources from your production site as well.

You may need to use our “Reset Tool” plugin to sort out what could be an internal path issue. Please submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) and let us know you are looking for the Reset Tool

    Thanks!
