error cannot redeclare maybe_create_table() after update to version 3.8.1

Hi All.
After I update the wordpress version to 3.8.1, when I activate the plugin WordPress Popular Posts, shown the next fatal error message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare maybe_create_table() (previously declared in wp-admin/install-helper.php:54) in wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 1374
I do not think it’s a problem of the plugin because the error is generated in wp-admin directory.
Any ideas?
