(error) the rank of logo is not displayed

In your widget, check the box “Include users ranking”. There is a reported bug with the Balance widget that effects the balance widget when used with the ranks add-on.

What I resolved Sr author

Insert the “rank_logo%%” in Format … and delete it from layout and so I worked

Yes when you click on the checkbox to include users ranking, you get a custom template field to allow you better layout control (if you need). Some people want to be able to style ranks and leaderboard rankings separate from the balance layout.
