Can't change url?

Hello everyone,
sorry for asking such a simple question, but i can’t seem to change my wordpress url from – https://94.136.40.103/~strickventures.co.uk/legitproducts/
to
https://www.legitproducts.co.uk
Can anyone help me? I’ve tried editing the .functions, going through cpanel, and through the admin page.
