Cant install

  • I’ve been having trouble getting things to work properly on my site. My latest pain is that i purchased Cometchat for my site and i did all that was instructed. Successfully connected to my FTP thru Filezilla, uploaded the folder. Only thing im not to sure about, instructions say to upload to web-root “public_html” or “www”. I dont have either of those, i only have “/” which my word press is installed under directly.

    So I proceed with my installation and the next step is to run install thru the web browser as “http:/www.mydomain.com/cometchat/install.php (my domain). But when I do that i get this page and content

    My apologies, my host is Ipage.com and my wordpress was installed by mojo marketplace

    In my site’s case, i had something same errors
    (no file or directory) > Could be your comchat’s installation/config file’s site address variable wrong.You try to set it as “/hermes/bosnaweb01a/b2301/ipg.simlyfegamingcom/cometchat/”

    headers already sent) > May due to single empty space on your index/header.php files on <?php (or) >php attribute.
