Remove Heat Map Layer

Hello,

On my devsite I can’t seem to get the Weather Map to drop it’s Heat Map Layer:

I’ve disabled all Map layers but nothing seems to remove the heatmap that makes everything else hidden beneath. I also tried playing with opacity to no noticable difference.

Any assistance appreciated,
