posts custom field value help needed

  • Hi there i’m trying to output custom field values in my meta’s but instead of getting the custom field name i get the value.

    The code im using is: %%title%% %%cf_city%%
    output: Elysium 674

    the number is suppose to correspond to the city, i would like to use some more of my field but have the same problem ie, age, sex, language.

    Im using a custom theme, any help would be appreciated.

    This is very pathetic, seems like if you dont pay, you dont get any comments but why should i pay if this is the case, give me some help and i will, very bad from Yoast!!!!!!
