404 error when I click XML Sitemap

Hi I am setting up a new site and have installed WordPress SEO and Yoast WooCommerce SEO.
When I click on XML Sitemap I get 404 error – Page not found. I read that this could be W3 Total Cache, but I have the latest version installed (Version 0.9.3). I deactivated W3 and the problem still persists.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.
