Flat rate discount on 5 products

I’m just trying to get my head around applying bulk discounts.

A photographer has requested the following discounts to be applied to her product:

1x sheet for $20
2x sheets for $35
3x sheets for 50
Extra sheets at $10 each

The only way to apply a bulk discount to 4 or more prints is by using a percentage discount. If you apply a 50% discount (i.e. $10 each) to the total after 4 (or more) prints have been selected than the price is $40. Therefore the 3 prints for $50 actually costs more than 4 prints.

The photographer intended that the 4 or more discount would be applied to the 3 print price. i.e. 3 prints = $50, 4 prints = $50+$10 = $60, 5 prints = $60+$10 = $70.

Is this even possible?
