    Never mind I figured it out.

    For anyone else that might want to know how.

    Click Catablog>>Add New.
    Click the button that looks like crap.
    In the files window.. hold down CTRL and CLICK (cmd-click?) each of the files you want to upload I did 80 at once
    Click open,
    Wait for it to complete the upload
    Then do what ever title changes and description stuff you need and
    click Save Changes (repeat until done)
