infosniper popup displays map in narrow panel

    Recently the infosmiper popup started displaying the ip map in a narrow 1″ panel on the right(as if it were in a sidepanel of the popup) see

    which part of the code can I examime/change to allow this to display correctly? Where are the settings for this popup’s display configured?

    Any other suggestions to fix this are welcome..

    Possible brute force fixes include:
    I would uninstall and reinstall, but trying to keep the data that I have.
    I also could restore the entire site to an earllier time, but would loose many changes I have made.

    Have you tried with another browser and cleared your cache? Also, what browser are you using to access the reports?

    I have cleared cache, with the firefox v26. And tried IE and chrome, which previously I have never accessed the admin panel in wordpress with these browers. Still displays incorrectly.

    The issue with infosniper changed after I installed 2 plugins for wordpress “Simple Page Sidebar” and “Custom Sidebars”. only one of them was activated. (don’t remember which was activated). When I realized the problem with wpslimstat’s infosniper display, I quickly deleted both plugins, with hopes all would be corrected.

    Dont know if above is the cause.. since have not done it more then once.

    Charlie, if you could give us access to your admin, we would be able to investigate the issue. Which, apparently, seems to be related to a conflict with another plugin.

    when it is active… wpslimstat’s infosniper plugin displays incorrectly..
    when deactivated.. infosniper displays correctly.

    Hi everybody,

    We have investigated on this issue and found out that the reason why it happens is that wp-slimstat uses jQuery dialogs without including the default CSS for jQueryUI, which is included by Zedity though.

    The good news is that we already have a solution for this and will be released in version 2.1.4 within tomorrow.

    thank you for your quick reply! Yes, we tried to optimize our code by adding a simplified jquery ui CSS directly to our custom styles, thus removing the need to load the full version.
