PageSpee analyze 90

    I have the Page Speed firefox add on.
    YSlow sad, my page is Grade B, thats good, but i want to improve my page.

    So, let’s see what pagespeed says, see the picture:

    Ok, so the first major problem is “Leverage browser caching”.
    I am a PHP developer, but since this time, i’ve never used Cache-Control: max-age, and other header modifications.

    What code should i user in my headers to improve this?
    What should i set in the settings to enable compression, and what those other means, and how can i solve those problems?

    Ok, i think google adsense and other ad servers, facebook things make these http requests, that’s ok, but if you can suggest me anything, i will welcome that.

    But, how to minify my js and CSS? On the Super Cache plugin page there are a suggession to use a plugin, but that plugin is not accessable.
