Plugin OR Hack for advanced registration and special page

Hello,
I need the ability to make a special page, maybe a “category” type of page, and it needs to have the ability to display a user’s name (visible to only those who are logged in), their city/state/country, and maybe the date/time registered.
For example: have pages for XYZ, ABC, and 123. When someone registers, one of the required fields is to have the option of selecting (maybe “category”) either XYZ, ABC, or 123, as well as the person’s city/state. Let’s say XYZ was chosen. After the registration, the page XYZ will display the person’s name and city/state. Someone else does the same process, then the XYZ page is automatically updated with both people’s info, and so on and so forth.
The page will always display the location, but only those logged in can see the names.
Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to provide any more info, but this will be for a community or social gathering.

So what I need to know is if there is a plugin that can do this, or if I would have to do some coding.
