• Hi, I love the plugin. I’m currently using the flexslider in carousel mode with three image slides. Currently, the left image sits flush to the left side of the browser, as is default. However, my designer has requested that the “active” slide (essentially, the middle slide) be centered on load, with the left and right images bleeding off to either side. I didn’t make this graphic, but it’s s decent reference for what I want to do:

The site is responsive, so as a rule I’m using percentages to build everything. Can you give me some pointers on how to accomplish this?

    Thanks.

    Quick answer: Not really, sorry.

There will be an ‘overflow: hidden’ somewhere which you would need to removed (I think), but I’m not sure how you’d then offset the first slide so it was off to the left (and therefore centralise the middle slide), without messing up the flex slider calculations. It’s basically not going to be easy and I suspect you’ll need to ‘hack’ it somewhat. There will no doubt be some cross browser issues to think about too, it could be a can of worms.

The output that Meta Slider creates is standard Flex Slider markup, so maybe Google will have the answers. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
