Slideshow does not work with Comments on and logged in

    When using the WPPA Slideshow it stops working when logged in and Comments are turned on. Have updated to version 5.2.10. The site is aiartgroup.com and can be seen in the Galleries menu .. select an Image Gallery. When logged in the slideshow stops. As soon as I log out it starts again. Likely caused by setting that you must be logged in to make a comment .. so if the user is logged in it is calling something to do with the Comments system that is breaking the slideshow.

    I can provide screen images, but don’t seem able to upload here.

    I did some tests on my test sites and could not yest reproduce this.

    If you allow me so and want me to look in the, you can send me login details at opajaap at opajaap dot nl.

    If you do not want that ( i can imaine ) capture the page source from within the browser ( showing a page that exhibits the problem ) and save it in a text file. You can mail me the text file.

    One question though: does this happen on all albums? Specificly also on an album where there are not yet any comments in any photo?

    Hi Jacob,

    I have sent some screen shots and the html source code. Also sending a pdf so it is easier to read as the txt file compressed all the spaces.

    I tested on a Gallery with not comments – same result
    I tested with Comments on and no slideshow with comments off, works fine

    Hope this helps. I currently have comments turned off so that everyone can see the Galleries but can set them to On if you need to look at them.

    I discovered a bug that may cause your problem.

    please ftp it to …/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-album-plus/

    It is too large to edit on the plugins page.
