Automatic blog feed into WordPress

Need advice how to go about setting this up:

1. Automaticaly feed posts from other blogs into our wordpress blog.

2. Would prefer having ability to easily approve/review posts and assign their categories before they go live.

Likely would have up to 10 feeds from blogs coming into our blog.
