Using FileZIlla to move pckg & installer file but don't see site under html

Greetings,
I ran part 1 of the duplicator plug in a few months ago to my former site before it was closed down. I saved the files knowing that one day I would restart my blog. Today is that day. I am trying to now move the package and installer to the new domain.

I am using FileZilla to connect to my new domain which connects successfully. The problem I am having is with locating where to drag and drop the package and installer files. Every tutorial I view says to put them under the html file, then into your website folder. I do not see my website name anywhere. Under the html folder I only see a folder for cgi, imgs, and tech.

Am I doing something wrong? Does it matter where I put the installer and package files exactly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
