Premium Plu-in Not working

Hello,
I recently tried the free version of the plugin and it worked for a few a few moments then stopped working when I I chose the horizontal display option. I purchased the premium version to see if that would make a difference.. I tried all of the trouble shooting options and including changing the theme to see if there was a css conflict. I have tried installing and reinstalling several times. Can you assist?
