Validating stuff is so much hassle! I’ll try and get round to some of it! I just see if the site looks the same on other computers then leave it at that!

That’s fine, if it is about your own site.
However, even there not having a doctype declaration … is sloppy work, at least.

But offering it to the public – has higher requirements, IMO.

omg – i just looked at this in internet explorer and it looks totally different ??

anyone know why? everything is done with css

it looks okay on Internet Explorer and Firefox now, still a few disagreements with validator.v3.org though.
