Can't edit image or add a new gallery

  • I’ve got a number of sites that need to be moved from NextGen to something that allows html in the captions, and hoped that this would work, but I have a few issues with it.

    First, I can only create galleries by Importing them from NextGen. I can’t make a new gallery. The screen goes gray and sits there forever until I click the screen again. The same thing happens in I try to edit an individual image.

    Also, my images have a scroll bar beneath them that is unattractive, and if I say I want 2 colums, I get one, and if I want 3 columns, I get 2. I don’t want to buy the full version unless I know that I can get it to work, as so far, it’s not letting me update or add galleries.

    Sounds like there may be some JavaScript or CSS conflicts. Are you still experiencing this issue?
