Add Comment to theme which has not comments.php

  • Hi every one,

    one of my clients, have a WordPress theme which has no comments template (comments.php),
    How can I add comments part at the end of each post?
    Is there a plugin for create this automatic?
    or I have to develop something?
    Would you please kindly help me to solve this problem?
