New activation for all users (clear dead profiles)

Hi,
is it possible to get the function to reset all profiles to
clean the database from robots and dead profiles?
If there comes no activation after X days the profile
will be deleted.Maybe there is a plugin with this function but i don′t
know it…Thanks for reply!
