Theme Options > Blog > Featured Post Count. Set it to more than 1 and it will become a slider.

@fernando Lopa – No javascript works on your website, so you have a plugin conflict most likely. Disable all plugins, and see if it works. If it does, re-enable them one by one to find the troublemaker.
