    Hi Vadim,

We’ll look at getting a instructional video together at some point, if we can get some spare time.

I’ll write some brief instructions on how to use it and if it’s of any help, will put it into the readme file for everyone else to read.

Please note: You will need a Google Analytics account for this plugin to actually do anything.

    Instructions:
    1. Activate plugin
    2. Login to Google Analytics
    3. Go to Audience -> Custom -> Custom Variables

    4. Do you have any Custom Variables already in there? (Is there data in the tables on page)
If not, then we’re good to go and the plugin is already doing its work.
However, if you do have a custom variable already set, have a look through the other 4 custom variables to see if they have any data.
(Just above the data table, there should be a few links called “Custom Variable (Key [1 to 5])”, you can do a Ctrl+F search for Custom Variable on that page if you can’t see them.

Once you’ve found a variable that doesn’t have any data in it, go to the plugin settings page. Settings -> OKO Settings, as you said you found.

There should be a text box in there, set the number in that box to be the number that the custom variable in Analytics is. So if Custom Variable 3 is unused, then you would type 3 in the text box.

Hit Save and let the data store up.

After a day or two, go to Google Analytics and have a look at that custom variable data, you should see some data in there.

For more information regarding what to do with that data, have a quick read of the blog post HERE

Let me know if that information is of any use, if it is I’ll mark this ticket as resolved. If not please let me know any other information you need.

    Thanks,
    OKO Digital
