Conflict with payment add-ons

Just an FYI: this plugin seems to conflict with both the PayPal & Stripe addons for Gravity Forms. This is easily resolved by deactivating the CSS Ready Class plugin.
The form appears as normal, but when submit is clicked, the user is not allowed to process payment.
