Remove Sidebar to bottom

Hi ??

Some themes modifications, put the blog “inline” , without any sidebar, but on bottom we can see stuff like the manu, arquives, rss, search, abouts, etc… etc.. something like Squible for example, or some K2 Mods.

Im currently using “I feel dirty” theme, and i love it, so, What i want to ask is that is, is there any plug in to manage that or do i have to do all by hand? If so… is there any tutorial arround?
