Redirection not working?

I use WordPress 3.8 and try to get Peter’s Login Redirect 2.7.2 to get to work:

Every user lands on the homepage, no subpages possible…Uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled, neither user nor role based redirection is working…
Is it broken? What can I do? No one fixes it? No one there to respond?
Please help!
