Problem with setting event location

Just started with Events Manager, with Reponsive Pro Theme and WPML.
When adding a new event I uncheck ‘this event has no physical location’, fill in the location name, street, town and country, press publish. When viewing the page: no location and ‘this event has no physical location’ is checked.
How can??
