Let us extend the admin user creation page

Hi there,
it is possible to add custom fields to the user’s profile (profile.php) with the following hooks edit_user_profile and
show_user_profile. But there seems to be no such hook for the admin user creation / multisite user creation page (user-new.php).
When using WordPress in a very extended way like CMS, it would be great to add custom user-meta while creating users. At the moment the only way is a workaround with javascript but that one doesn’t work with WordPress Multisite installations.

So what i really would like to have is a hook that is kind of similar to the hooks used for the user profile page.
