20-13: Custom header image shows on all pages except home

    Viewed on Win7 PC through IE10, Chrome Version 32.0.1700.76 m, Firefox 10.0.2

    Through the Appearance>Header function, I replaced the Circles header image with an exact-size custom header image.

    In all the browsers, the custom header image shows on all pages EXCEPT the home page, which shows the default Circles header.

    In the Admin > Page function, all pages, including the home page, show the custom header image.

    Can anyone help?
