Multiple user generated storefront

  • I’m looking to develop a site that supports multiple user generated store fronts. It wouldn’t be eCommerce, but more like classified postings, but on steroids.

    I want store owners to be able to:

    • Create an account with a profile
    • Post Photos
    • Receive messages from interested visitors
    • Have any easy UI to update listings

    I want visitors to be able to:

    • Create account
    • Follow store owners
    • Add items to wishlist

    I came across this plug-in – Business Directory Plugin and was wondering if there is anything else like it. Am I on the right track with this plug-in?
