How to get Quicktags back?

    I started a new 2.0.4 blog .. found the TIGA Theme .. installed a few plugins .. but when I got to WP-CONTACT-FORM plugin .. it did not work. In the Create Page function .. there was NO button/quicktag for the Contact Form and the plugin didn’t work. I deactivated the plugin .. then, suddenly I lost 100% of my quicktags.

    There are no buttons for bold, italic, blockquote, amazon, etc.

    Not only that.. I’ve lost the ability to grab and move sections of the posting page around .. For instance, the Post Timestamp blue line is only visible, as the rest is hidden behind the optional excerpt section and I can’t pre-post or edit timestamp.

    There wasn’t much created in the blog, so I tried to recopy the 2.0.4 files overwriting the existing files .. that didn’t change and the lost quicktag problem and unable to move sections is still evident.

    Never mind ..// I marked as Resolved.. I just deleted the entire thing and started from scratch. // HART
