Can not Upgrade wordpress to 3.8 automaticaly Download failed.: Service Unavaila

This sounds like a server issue – sometimes caused by a failure to compile PHP with cUrl. Contact your hosts about it.

the thing is that other plugin i can update but this one i cant .

I’m having the same problem. Initially, WordPress provided me with the following error:

After 36 hrs of testing, my hosting company believes this is a wordpress issue. I tend to agree with them …
