Sent Successfully Message Not Displaying

I’ve just migrated my WordPress installation to a new hosting server and now I’m not getting the ‘Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.’ notice appearing below the form when sending.
Can anyone advise what might be causing this issue?
Where should I start looking?
