Last Updated Filter is not really working

It seems that the “Last Updated” is not really working.
I picked the filter as “More than 1 year ago”, it shows me all the blogs which is not being updated in 2014. The filtered result is even include 2013 December updated blogs… Is the filter only check the year? lol
Anyway, it’s really a good helping tool. Just it is going weird in 2014. ??
