I updated my WordPress version and plugins today and found that a page that working fine is now having issues and I don’t understand why.

The thumbnails are supposed to fill the page left to right and continue down the page, just like the sample of the “simple thumbnail” gallery.

    This is the page: https://wp.me/P2XCC0-1B

Before updating my plugins, it looked fine. The code before was: “[nggallery id=1]” and the rest was handled by the plugin. Now, all of my thumbnails are in one column and I can’t figure out how to make it go back to how it was.

Could anyone please assist me with making my gallery back the way it was? Thank you.

It seems the NextGEN Gallery is conflicting with another plugin of mine so I will have to disable it.

@tucker – Thanks for the update Tucker, but what was the plugin that caused NextGEN Gallery to not display a NextGEN Legacy shortcode correctly? Did you also try the current shortcode structures?

    Thanks!

I believe it was conflicting with Contact Form 7. My contact form wouldn’t redirect properly until I disabled Nextgen Gallery. It’s weird because I didn’t even have the gallery on the page with the contact form.

@tucker – That is very odd, we have not had any issues (at least not recently) with Contact Form 7 … we actually suggest it as a compatible contact form plugin.

I re-enabled both plugins, and the images are still doing the single column display that I can’t figure out. I’ve got three different types of the shortcode on there I think. They all appear the same way; the images show but only in one column.

The form on my sign-up page won’t redirect while NextGen is enabled, but it submits correctly, which I also don’t understand.

@tucker – We’d like to get this sorted out, would you be able to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a closer look under the page?

We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report, too.

    Thanks!

What was the resolution to this issue? I have the same problem and
    would like to know.

I am having the same issue. Thumbnails show up in one column and the slideshow does not show up at all. Submitted support ticket.

I am having the same issue, but seems to look a Little different. First when approching the gallery (nextgen Basic tagcloud, including just one tag, gallery is shown as pro thumbnail grid)everything looks nice, but after refreshing/reloading the same page the thumbnails are shown in one column as mentioned by other members before
