Client can't log in to site even with right credentials

  • Odd login error situation over here…

    I have a client that can’t log in to their site — but ONLY in their office. They have tried from different IPs/physical locations and on mobile and can login just fine. I have checked all of my security plugins and their IP isn’t blocked.

    When they try to login they enter the right information, but the box area shakes and doesn’t let them in. They get no error message to explain it. We have tested credentials for three different people — all work when not in the office, but produce this problem when in the office.

    What’s odd is that they just moved to this temporary workspace while their primary office is undergoing renovations. We’ve been working with them for over 9 months and they’ve never had an issue until they were in this new space.

    I know NOTHING about local networks or IT issues that could be causing this. Their own in-house IT people are totally useless and unwilling to help.

    I have double and triple-checked that their IPs don’t fall within any blocked ranges.

    Any ideas?
