Header menu wont expand on mobile

Set up a menu in the Appearance section. Works great on my PC but when I try to click the header menu button from my smartphone, nothing happens…at all. I’m able to open the mobile header menu on the twenty fourteen demo. anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting?
