• Hello and thank you for a great plugin,
As seen below:

A Page is often used to present \”static\” information about yourself or your site.

A good example of a Page is information you would place on an About Page.

Turns into:

A Page is often used to present \\\\\\\\\”static\\\\\\\\\\” information about yourself or your site.

A good example of a Page is information you would place on an About Page.

after a few times saving the text.

Can you please have a look?
Thanks again

Bonus a feature request: Could we have an option (checkbox) to make the words case insensitive?

Using latest v.4.0.2

Hi again.
Another thing we noticed is that it changes the text styling (if we choose to do so) which, sometimes, is inconvenient.
You can better see it on the attached image.

So, this is another Option Request. ??
thank you

Hello Marikamitsos,

Thank you for the notice about the quotation marks, I’ll have a look at the problem soon and hope to have it fixed in the next update.

I’ll also see if I can add the new feature for case sensitivity in the next update so stay tuned for that one.

I’m not sure I completely follow what you mean by the last post about text styling changes, could you elaborate a bit more on it?

Thank you for the reply,

could you elaborate a bit more on it

As you see from the image, the Posts -> Add New Post should all be in black/bold with an h2 weight.
Instead it picks up the formatting from the plugin and it becomes red, stripped out of the actual weight applied from the theme. This gives the “wrong” (in my opinion) graphic result. That is what I mean about keeping that as it is from the theme.
On the other hand, the dotted underline should -and must stay there- be sufficient for the reader, to imply that there is “something else” happening there.

So, an extra option (checkbox) at:
Other Options -> Explaining Word
to only apply a dotted underline keeping the plugin’s formatting for Color, Bold
but, respecting the theme formatting for the text.

I hope that helps.

Thanks again.

I would also like to see the case-sensitivity feature. It would be great if it was an option at the item level, so if you have a proper noun or organization name like “YOU” for example you could just enable it when needed.

Great, simple plugin.

I haven’t had any time in months to work at it, however I know I will have time this summer so it will probably be added in the future.
