set up static home page

    How do I set up a static homepage, and a couple other pages. no sub pages needed yet. So far all I can do is put a title on a blog – which is not what i want

  • Create a new page named ‘Home’ or something like that. Then you will need to go to your admin panel and click on ‘Settings’ and then ‘Reading’. Near the top of that you will see ‘Front page displays’ with a radio button. Choose ‘A static page’ and then choose your ‘Home’ page from the dropdown.
