Cannot customize my Customizr theme

Can you deactivate all of your plugins and then revisit the Appearance/Customize menu? This is a temporary step to see if there is a conflict there. You can re-activate the plugins after testing.

A blank screen means your web server is tossing 500 errors and it could be a plugin that’s causing a conflict. Also check your web server’s error_log file that may tell you what the cause is.

Hi sorry for the late reply. Okay I deactivated all the plugins and the problem has not resolved itself.
Here is some information from the error log, but I see nothing from today when I tried to customize the theme.
