I have the blog page at a customer site – at https://www.loddonlodge.com/news – that has posted all the entries inserted onto the Calendar onto the blog roll, despite having the “Include Events in main Blog loop” unselected. The CSS suggests the posts are coming from the plugin regardless of this flags setting. The Theme in play is Cyberchimps iRibbon.

I posted this last week but it appears to have missed the weekly review on Wednesday here. Any ideas what might be causing this so I can effect a fix?

This is my reference site, and i’m keen to make it look professional, so any clues, help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi IanWaring,

We missed a couple of weekly passes of the forum over the festive period, which may be why your thread was missed – if so, please accept our apologies on that count (but we simply didn’t have bandwidth to provide free support).

I don’t see any events when I visit the /news/ page – can you provide a live example/clarify what I should be seeing?

    Thanks!

Fixed by disabling the Booking System Add-in. They have a one line PHP fix to stop random pages being inserted into the blog roll by their add-in. So, fixed. Thank you.

    Excellent, thanks for updating ??
