WordPress Online Backup support

  • Hi,

    We’re sorry that many of your support queries have been left unanswered recently. There has been some disruption to maintenance of the plugin since the takeover of Backup Technology by iomart Group.

    We can confirm however that the plugin is still supported, and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. As you can imagine, since the takeover happened there are still a few things left to clean up and so we hope to have the plugin back to normal shortly.

    Thanks for jumping onto the forum. WP Online Backup is a great plugin, and I am impressed that the plugin is provided for free.
