Saving resets changes

  • I make a change to, for example, “Links & Text”, or “Colors”, or “CSS & HTML”, when I save those changes about 50% of the time, the changes are not saved and it takes me back to the plugin main page. Quite frustrating having to go in and make the changes again and hope it saves this time.

    We are running this plugin on about 20 sites, and we experience these issues for all sites. Using WordPress 3.7.1 and using WP Engine for hosting.

    (Also to note, this same issue happens when trying to access options pages for a TopBar. I click on “Links & Text” for example and it’ll just refresh the page instead of taking me to that destination. This occurs less frequently, but still often.)

    Hmm.. this is the first report of this issue. I have not experienced it.

    It could be a browser issue, a plugin conflict or a hosting issue.

    The fastest way for me to try to debug this would be to get admin access to a test site where the problem occurs. I can then run the plugin in debug mode to see where the problem might be.
