Thumbnails gallery / carousel reloads page at every click

Hi,
I have read through all the related posts, but does not seem to help my case.
I would like to use the thumbnails gallery with carousel, but the page reloads every time I click on another thumbnail which is very annoying.
Any idea where I went wrong?Thank you,
